Just like last year, we spent Halloween weekend in Houston with my family. It was a whirlwind of family and festivities with all the grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins from my side!
Saturday morning we visited Mark's grandma. She's recovering from a broken hip. That's right, TWO of Landrie's great- grandmas broke their hip within the same year! We were SO thankful to see that Grandma Todd is up and around already!
Daddy/daughter cuteness
Grandma had little cookies out, and Landrie was all over helping herself to them!!
We love you, Grandma!
Then we got LG all dressed up in her Strawberry Fairy costume.
She loved it!
Cute little wings!
Peek a boo!
We headed off to the Chowder Party.
Landrie got a tiny strawberry painted on her face to match her outfit!
Family shot
Look how tiny Landrie was last year! I can't believe how much she's changed and grown!
Sunday morning we had a big family breakfast, and Landrie got to eat at the girls' table! Her cousins take such great care of her!
On Halloween night, we felt a bit silly trick or treating with our baby. It's kind of obvious that we are the ones who are going to eat all the candy, right? We visited a few friends who have grown up kids. When we left Ruthie's house, Landrie was shaking a box of grape Nerds like a maraca and was happy as can be. When we got her out of her car seat at Linda's house, she had eaten through the box and was LOVING the Nerds!

I think that by shaking the Nerds like a maraca Landrie was showing off her musical skills! ;) The pictures in her strawberry fairy costume are SO cute!
