This morning I was shocked and amazed at how much our baby girl is growing up!!! (I helped her grab on, but she can stand up there by herself!!) Mark and I have been debating cutting her tiny baby hairs, and we decided to go ahead and take the plunge!
When I tell Mark that something is a big deal, I can be assured that he will take LOTS of pictures! He took about 50 tonight!! Here's the before shot of those pesky hairs!
My goodness- I can't imagine how her hair would look if most of it hadn't fallen out!
First snips!!
"Dad, what is going on here??"
The after! (You can see how excited Landrie is by all of this!)
No trip to the "salon" would be complete without a style, right? We tried out a tiny ponytail. Pretty cute! She's getting to be such a big girl!
I found this picture of Landrie with my dad. Yes, it's really her! I can't believe she was so tiny and had such BLACK hair!!
Changing the subject completely, Landrie and I were so glad to have Mark with us tonight! When he went to Care Now yesterday, they did an EKG and said he may or may not be having a heart attack. What?!! Mark called me at church, and thankfully we have sweet friends who insisted on taking Landrie. After a few hours in the ER, we found that the type of irregularity he had is actually very REGULAR for healthy men. The chest pain was just from bronchitis. I've never been so excited to hear that my husband just had bronchitis!! Thank you, GOD!!!
We picked up Landrie from the Rinns, and she was tuckered out! I love how she fell asleep! Check out the nursery nametag that somehow ended up on her arm. Silly girl!
So, to sum up this highly cohesive blog post, Landrie's getting big, she got her hair trimmed, Mark went to the ER, but did NOT have a heart attack, and Landrie's adorable when she sleeps. :)

Cute first haircut pictures! I'm so happy to hear about Mark!
Your summary made me laugh out LOUD! The picture of Landrie sleeping on the bumper is adorable! Those nametags do seem to end up in the strangest places...even the ones Dave wears from working back in Little Campers!
I'm so glad you cut it!! You know not much stresses me than scraggly baby hair that people refuse to cut! ;)
You have to be careful with those stickers - Wyatt pulled one off his Starbucks apple juice and stuck it in his hair. I seriously had to cut it out of his hair - and then all you hard work would be for nothing!
Glad Mark is well too!
